We are seeking a strategic business professional in the Houston, TX area.

Successful candidates will have Lean Manufacturing exposure and also experience in strategic staffing.

Experience preferred includes 5+ years business experience; preferred fields of expertise include HR consulting, operations management, performance management and process innovation.

This role is critical to our success with large client accounts and will work with our sales team to strategize potential cost savings for our clients and work towards the implementation of processes at our onsite accounts.

Randstad - We put people to work! Primary purpose of the role The process manager focuses on creating lean staffing solutions that increase productivity, reduce labor costs/risk and shortens time to market for organizations.

Key responsibilities * Conduct needs analysis to develop insights into the client business priorities, demand drivers and performance levels, to determine gaps and feasibility for improvements.

* Partner with area vice president in the sales process to design and deliver presentations.

* Apply lean principles, capacity modeling to yield staffing optimization.

* Conduct cost benefit analysis to quantify the potential return of the solution.

* Develop an integrated process to identify, hire and develop the human capital required to support the client's business strategies and goals.

* Establish influential relationships at senior levels within client organizations.

* Ensure effective implementation and efficiency of solutions to achieve desired quality of service.

* Work with account team to create sustainable plans to achieve goals, methods to track results, and make adjustments as necessary to drive performance.

* Implement cost control strategies to improve the client¿s bottom-line.

* Collaborate with operations to stay abreast of forecast changes and requirements.

* Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of the solution.

* Recognize emerging challenges and changes in the market, staffing and business volumes and proactively respond.

* Identify opportunities for new revenue streams.

* Introduce innovation that yields highly differentiated value for the client.

* Ensure our offerings are ahead of client¿s expectations and competitor capabilities.

Successful candidates will have: - Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, engineering or other related discipline.

- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required - Ability to develop processes, projects and strategic action plans within limitations of existing business model resulting in higher productivity and/or cost-savings opportunities - Experience in identifying opportunities for providing higher level of customer service and quality of programming focusing on the client's overall business objectives - Ability to identify problems, recognize important information, identify root causes and implement immediate cost-savings solutions - Ability and experience in utilizing effective communication style/technique to engage client to convince/obtain approval of a standpoint/plan or idea - Ability to communicate with clarity and authority at all levels within client organization - proof of sound oral and written communication skills - Ability to initiate action based on one's own professional experience and business acumen Randstad is committed to equal employment opportunity.
