Process Analyst - Six Sigma Job in Dallas 75254, Texas US
The person who fulfills this role be required to work independently as a project lead with client teams and business customers and other teams to understand current state processes and make improvement recommendations.
To achieve objectives, this person may need to run meetings, facilitate group work sessions and leverage existing documentation for process analysis work.
In addition, this person would be responsible for presenting process findings and recommendations to project teams, business customers and leadership, as needed.
*FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED Required Qualifications: · External consulting· Experience using business process modeling standards (ie BPMN,UML, BPEL)· 7+ years of well rounded experience in business process redesign/improvement.
· Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies· Six Sigma Green Belt required (Very strong equivalent experience may be considered)· 3+ years of process redesign/improvement experience in Financial Services working on operational processes (not just technology)· Prior success in leading process analysis efforts on large programs· Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
· Highly organized/detail-oriented · Ability to effectively communicate /function/collaborate across multiple levels of an organization · Experience creating as-is and to-be process maps· Experience leading projects and people Preferred Qualifications: · Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt · Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or a quantitative field· Experience working with business process modeling tools such as ARIS, Casewase, WebSphere, TeamWoks, IndustryPrint - this is NOT a comprehensive list, just some examples
