Private Banking Team Manager / PCS-351 Job in Beverly Hills 90211, California US
Position Description: Develop sales management and relationship development strategies to promote the revenue growth and profitability of assigned markets while maintaining credit quality.
Manage the ongoing sales process, including new client sales, referrals, cross sales and retention efforts of the Private Client Advisor and Private Banker.
Develop business opportunities by being active in the community and maintaining positive relationships within the Bank.
Create and maintains effective relationships with Division team, ensuring that lines of communication remain open and clients are serviced at a consistently high level.
*BA or MBA or 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience in financial services.
*Minimum 10 plus years of management experience
*Minimum 10 plus years experience in a combination of asset management, banking/credit, personal trust, and brokerage services.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, state insurance licenses, CIMA or Cannon Certified Wealth Strategist designation preferred.
Excellent understanding of all bank products and services applicable to client segment.
Excellent knowledge of credit policies/procedures and risk management techniques.
*Represents basic qualifications for the position.
