Private Banking Client Assoc - Basking Ridge, NJ Job in Basking Ridge , New Jersey US
Description JOB SUMMARY Develops understanding of complete array of retail, commercial, consumer and other Company products and services which may apply to private banking customers, including processes, procedures and guidelines associated with each develops sales, negotiation and closing skills develops general overall knowledge of private banking industry, regulations and guidelines.
Understand and apply unit operating procedures/policies to all aspects of account administration.
Control risk through strong understanding and application of operating policies and procedures.
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information - escalate issues where required.
Prioritize and manage own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.
Remain current with all operating/business process/policy changes.
Coordinate workflows with other internal groups to ensure a smooth Client experience
