Portal/Web Administrator (part -time) Job in Lawrenceville 08648, New Jersey US
Position Description and Responsibilities: Performs content management duties prior to redesign, including adding, updating or deleting documents as required.
Perform clean-up activities in preparation for conversion of site to SharePoint.
This includes moving, deleting and updating files through the use of Documentum, Plumtree, Dreamweaver, eCabinet, etc. Helps to create redesigned in development environment based on agreed upon redesign.
Performs content management duties after redesign based on information received from content owners.
Interacts with client group for clean-up activities and to assist with obtaining relevant content from content owners as needed.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred.
1-3 years experience with Documentum.
1-3 years experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver.
2-6 years content management experience.
1-2 years PlumTree/Aqualogic and web design experience are a plus.
Proficiency in HTML and SharePoint experience/proficiency preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to learn and apply new applications.
Ability to function in a team setting, as well as perform tasks independently.
