Plant Manager - Alexander City Quarry Job in Alexander City 35010, Alabama US
For quick consideration apply hereThis is a skilled position requiring the individual to manage a variety of functions related to the aggregate crushing operations of APAC Mid-South in the Alexander City, AL area.
Position reports to the Vice president.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations, scheduling equipment, and manpower.
Assure that company operations are conducted according to highest standards with regards to safety performance, employee relations, environmental, quality products, workmanship, ethical standards, community relations, production levels, and profitability expectations.
Manage inventory levels at multiple production locations.
Ensure compliance with MSHA standards.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience with a strong background in aggregate crushing; or equivalent combination or education, experience and training.
Language Skills
Ability to read and dictate detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonFor quick consideration apply here
