Position Summary: Responsible for all merchandise plan-o-grams that are set in the retail stores on an annual basis.
Responsibilities include all financial analysis, space allocations, execution set dates, and product replenishment/visual impact to the total company's plan.
Must create working partnerships with store operations, finance, merchants, replenishment and visual teams.
Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities: · Establish POG set timelines and process execution dates for all team members in merchandising and stores teams · Provide financial analysis for all data to support POG sets; will need work with IT and finance to develop system capabilities to drive this process · Work with store operations, merchants, finance, visual and replenishment to create an effective partnership in execution of POG setsKey Skills and Competencies Required: · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment · Detail-oriented with strong analytic and organizational skills · Excellent problem solver with a forward-thinking vision who can work independently and with a team · Quick learner who can take initiative and assume accountability · Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all internal levels and with vendors, both domestic and international Very Comprehensive Benefits Package!
