Description: - Timely and accurately process plan participant transactions (distributions, rollovers, loans)- Timely and accurate review and reconcile Daily Activity Reports- Reconcile quarterly/annual statements; ensure they are correct and ready for mailing- Research and respond to PSC generated researches- Ensure plan is set-up correctly by completing the annual Plan Audit- Review and update helptext for PSC annually- Ensure client is utilizing "best practices" for transaction processing- Generate client specific reports as required- Identify trends in transaction processing and address them with Client Service Manager - Document and write up reject letters for participants who submit inaccurate or incomplete requests- Responsible for maintaining shared databases- Demonstrate full understanding of plan administration- Monitor Batch Manager on a daily basis to ensure all transactions are processed within service standards- Ensure completion of death audit and set-up of survivor payments- Reconcile monthly installments for Defined Benefit PlansDemonstrated ability to apply technical industry knowledge to day-to-day issues and have the ability to adapt to technology - Demonstrated ability to work in a team environmento Demonstrated ability to work in high volume, deadline oriented environmento Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes experienceo ASPPA or CEBS designations or courses will be considered very favorablyo This is primarily a full-time position with minimal schedule flexibilityQualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work or general business experience - Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills oSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceOur benefits program provides a full range of choices - a choice of Medical coverage, Dental coverage, Employee Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Spending Accounts for Healthcare and Dependant Care, and a Legal Service Plan.
