Full Time Physical Therapist/Outpatient Program CoordinatorSummitview Healthcare Center3801 Summitview AvenueYakima, Washington 98902www.livingcarecenters.comInfinity Rehab is looking for a full time Outpatient Physical Therapist who is interested in running an outpatient clinic at Summitview, a first class Senior Retirement and Assisted Living Community located in Yakima, Washington.
This unique position would need a qaulified therapist who can: Build a Proactive Wellness ProgramMarket Clinic to the CommunityScreening of residents and patientsBuild various therapy programs: Orthopedic Rehab, Aquatic Therapy, etc.Infinity Rehab offers extensive training in program implementation, tools and resources to run this out-patient program.
This campus offers a wide range of therapy equipment and gym. If you are interested in running an out-patient program and extensive wellness program to include fitness classes and are a licensed physical therapist in Washington we encourage you to look closer at this opportunity.
