St. Claire Regional Medical Center serves as a 159-bed regional referral center and is the largest rural hospital in northeastern Kentucky.

The Medical Center is an established training site for the University of Kentucky School of Medicines physician residency programs.
St. Claire Regionals Medical Staff is comprised of over 100 physicians and surgeons, representing 31 medical and surgical specialties.
In addition to providing services at the Medical Centers main campus in Morehead, St. Claire Regionals operations consist of a St. Claire Regional Outpatient Center, Cave Run Surgical Specialists, five comprehensive family medicine clinics as well as a Family Medicine Express, a regional telemedicine system, and an eight-county home care service region comprised of home health, hospice & palliative care, and home medical equipment.
Additionally, St. Claire Regional partners with the University of Kentucky Medical Center to offer services through the Kentucky Clinic Morehead Cancer Treatment Center.
Last year, St. Claire Regional provided care for the region with nearly half a million patient encounters, and reported revenues in excess of $100 million.St. Claire Regional Medical Centers service region serves a population of over 160,000 in Bath, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Lewis, Magoffin, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Rowan and Wolfe counties.
St. Claire Regionals five family medicine clinics are located in Frenchburg, Morehead, Olive Hill, Owingsville, and Sandy Hook.
Physical Therapist St. Claire Regional Medical Center is looking for an energetic and creative full time Physical Therapist to work primarily in the IP Rehab Unit.
Individual must be a self starter and able to pick up on new assignments quickly.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
One or more years of clinical experience are preferred.
Weekends and holidays would be covered on a rotational basis.
Certifications/ Licensure: Licensed in Kentucky for Physical Therapy.
Core Technical Competencies: · Evaluates patients referred for services using independent, professional judgment to determine the appropriate plan of care based upon the patients disability, age and psychosocial needs.
· Develops and implements effective treatment program; treats patients in accordance with professional standards of care and practice based upon the patients disability, age and psychosocial needs.
· Provides patient/family/caregiver education based upon the patients disability, age and psychosocial needs.
· Prepares professional documentation in a timely manner.
· Exhibits professional communication and management skills.
· Supervises and instructs physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation techs as necessary.
