Physical Therapy Home Care Company is seeking licensed physical therapy Positions are available throughout VA to include Charlottesville, Richmond, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton,, Virginia Beach and ChesapeakeThis is a Full Time position but they will consider candidates that can work Part Time.
Administers physical therapy treatments Provides education and information to patients and caregivers; participates in required discharge planning and completes all required documentation according to policy.
May be assigned other duties such as clinical instructor for student affiliations, performance improvement, and program development.
Reports to the team coordinator.
Benefits available, if you work over 15 hours a week :Competitive Pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision planDisability Insurance Retirement Generous vacation, holiday and personal days Requirements: Must be a graduate of an approved program for physical therapy Must have at least one year experience Must have current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia or be licensure eligible.
Other requirements include BLS completion within 3 months of hire.
