Pharmaceutical Regulatory & Contracts Attorneys Job in Providence, Rhode Island US
Two opportunities available with Pharmaceutical companies, as follows
1. Pharma Regulatory attorney opening for an attorney with 8-12 years experience advising pharmaceutical or biotech companies on promotion material/regulatory reviews.
Law department opening.
Experience with FDA labeling and promotion matters, healthcare fraud and abuse, managed-care pricing and contracting, clinical trial legal assistance, CMS, etc. regarding pharmaceutical and/or OTC products.
Some contracting experience is also a plus.
This position will support brand sales and marketing.

2. Pharma Contracts attorney needed to support prescription generic business.
Strong generic contracts and Paragraph IV filing experience is absolutely necessary.
In addition, solid regulatory experience, including providing advice on generic pharmaceutical regulatory needs, FDA and DEA requirements, CMA, promotion matters, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, pricing, privacy, etc. is needed.
This is a business side position advising management.
Min 7-10 years experience is need.
