Pharmaceutical Administrative Assistant Job in Indianapolis 46203, Indiana US
We are seeking upper level Administrative Assistants with 3+ years experience supporting multiple individuals for a CONTRACT opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry.
This person will be supporting individuals at an EXECUTIVE LEVEL with the following tasks.
Candidates must be experienced with and will perform: Providing Administrative support to more than 5 people Calendaring in Outlook or Lotus NotesCreating PowerPoint presentations Expense Reporting Maintaining Spreadsheets and Compiling Data Meeting Scheduling and Planning Document Management Arranging Travel Managing Email Project Assistance Proficient with MS Office (Outlook or Lotus Notes) If you have experience with SAP, SharePoint, or MS Project please include on resume *Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent*College coursework or degree preferred ***For IMMEDIATE consideration please email MS WORD resume to MonsterOnly resumes reflecting the above experience will be considered
