Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase! As a part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has over 5,000 branches where our Personal Bankers build relationships with customers and provide customers with products & services that meet their ever-changing needs.
As a Personal Banker you'll acquire, retain and expand new and existing relationships.
You'll proactively meet with customers - face to face or over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product recommendations.
You will be contributing directly to the success of the firm by maximizing the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship through partnering with sales specialists in Retail Lending, Small Business, Investments and other product areas.
All of you working as a team will ensure a world-class customer experience.
We will be conducting interviews in the next two weeks for various branch locations throughout the West Suburb area.
Minimum one year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building & maintaining customer relationshipsBi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred, will look at other language skillsExcellent probing and listening skills to uncover customer needsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsSelf motivated, assertive, perform well in a competitive sales environment and interact with customer and team members in a professional and personable mannerStrong presentation, planning, organization and follow-up skillsHigh school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required (College degree strongly preferred)Ability to work some Saturdays JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package (Base + Monthly Incentives) JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V
