Persistent Collections Representative! Job in San Bruno 94066, California US
Job Description: We are currently seeking an All-Star Collections Representative to join our team! This family owned company is expanding its business exponentially and we want you to grow with us! Successful candidates will have solid customer service and/or collections experience in addition to skip tracing and a familiarity with FDC Credit Collections.
Daily responsibilities will include contacting delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts, initiating account settlements, establishing alternative payment plan, following up with customers on established payment plans, and documenting collection activities.
Candidates should be comfortable on the phone and interacting with a diverse clientle as they will be making upwards of 80 calls a day.
