Peoplesoft Funcational GL 8.4 Consultant Job in Atlanta, Georgia US
Provide production support to end users based across the Global region.
Respond to helpdesk questions by identifying solutions and working with system users to resolve issues Document procedures and common resolutions Design identified system improvements and controls Create, update and maintain PeopleSoft Query and ReportsData extraction from various systemsTrouble shoot all related application issuesProactively provide solutions that will eliminate night time, cycle end, month end and daily batch processing issues.
Test application updates, fixes, patches, legal and configuration changes Maintain system requests for enhancements for local regionUtilize company ticketing system to log problem and enhancement ticketsTrack tickets and requests adhering to system SLAsProvide updates and metrics to local region for system outages and issuesWork closely with Off Shore support resourcesWork as an integral part of the PeopleSoft Financials TeamProvide and coordinate training for local resourcesTranslate user needs into features and functions delivered through the Packaged Applications
