Payroll Manager - High Volume, Global Environment Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Large multinational firm is seeking a seeking a hands-on, process improvement driven Payroll Manager to join their Boston based team and oversee their payroll function.
Excellent opportunity for the confident, enthusiastic team player with 5-7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume global payroll environment and strong supervisory and systems skills to own this highly visible function and lead the payroll staff.The Payroll Manager will be responsible for hands-on oversight of all payroll activities and the Payroll team, including proactively developing and implementing improvements to processes and systems, ensuring effective internal controls are in place and maintained, and working closely with Human Resources and external parties to resolve payroll issues and ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a Business related field.
5-7+ years of high volume payroll experience within a large, global, sophisticated organization REQUIRED.
International payroll experience REQUIRED.
Thorough knowledge of payroll laws and standards.
Proven ability to drive change through continuous process and system improvements.
Superior management, communication and interpersonal skills.
