Payroll Manager - ADP PayExpert & EZLM - Job in San Jose 95131, California US
Job Description: This Payroll Administrator with ADP PayExpert position features: fun company with good co-workers easy access to freeway opportunity to work in a team environment Great Pay to $65K Immediate need for payroll administrator with ADP PayExpert! If you have a positive upbeat personality, have accounting experience and skills, and know ADP PayExpert in & out, then this position is for you! Qualifications: ~ A minimum of 6 years of ADP payroll processing for mid-size company with multiple sites ~ A minimum of 3 years of in-depth hands on experience with ADP PayExpert and ADP EZLM Time and Labor Management ~ ADP Report Writing ~ Manual data entry of commission files.
~ 401k contribution file upload.
~ Quarterly payroll tax auditing ~ In addition to payroll processing, this individual is responsible for GL postings, bank reconciliation, workers compensation wage audits and other accounting projects assigned by the Controller.
So some accounting skills & background would help.
~ Individual must have good Office 2007 skills, including Word and Excel.
