Patient/Client Account Coordinator Job in Boston 02110, Massachusetts US
Long-term temporary opportunity with direct hire potential Three to five years of prior third party billing and collections experience in Home Health is required.
Medicare Prospective Payment System, experience a mustData entry of monthly charges for the Adult Day Health program.
Month end billing cycle, as well as, collections for all insurances for the Visiting Nurse and Adult Day Health Programs.
Data entry of cash receipts for both the Adult Day Health and Visiting Nurse Programs.
Maintaining proper collection files and system to keep account receivables current.
Update patient and client insurance information in the billing system.
Maintain Billing Patient Account files.
Data entry of patient and client financial set up into the billing system.
Will perform the insurance verification for all new admissions for all payers.
Requirements Three to five years of prior third party billing and collections experience in Home Health is required.
Medicare Prospective Payment System, experience a must.
Microsoft Windows experience required.
Good organizational skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
