Patient Advocate (Home Health Marketer) Job in San Diego, California US

As a Patient Advocate, your main responsibility will be to increase referral base in an appointed territory by promoting Company to physicians, social workers, case managers, assisted and independent living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, clinics, adult day centers and the community.
Additional job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Promoting Nightingale Home Healthcare to physicians, patients, hospitals and the community Working collaboratively with Administrator to focus on targeted market Providing plan of action to Administrator on a monthly basis Utilizing excellent communication skills Maintaining professional image with all staff and customers Prioritizing areas of focus Representing Nightingale Home Healthcare at various functions Maintaining knowledge of home healthcare rules and regulations Maintaining contact with physicians and other referral sources to solve any issues that may arise Maintaining current knowledge of new trends in the home care industry Performing other duties as assigned Our competitive pay, great benefits, and career growth opportunities make Nightingale Home Healthcare the premiere company in the home health industry.
