Parts Controller Job in Lynn 01901, Massachusetts US

Greater Lynn Senior Services provides a wide range of social services for elders and people with disabilities – information, transportation, meals, advocacy, homecare, housing, and more—for one reason:  to help those 60 and older in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus and Swampscott live fuller, more independent lives, safely and with dignity.   Immediate need for a full time Parts Controller seeking challenging and rewarding career opportunity! Prior experience is a must in a dealership atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of automotive parts to mechanics. Maintaining an inventory to match the requirements of the company. Responsible for all parts returned as defective or under warranty are properly coded and inventoried. Ensure all vendors are selected through a bid process and all prices are maintained and tracked within a computerized inventory system. Ideal candidate has 2 years or more experience in automobile parts/ inventory control. Experience working with computers Microsoft, Excel.
