Packaging Manager Job in Atlanta, Georgia US
Strong company doing well even during this difficult economy!Requirements: BS degree is requiredMust have experience managing at a Production Manager level supervising supervisorsTrack record of progression within a team oriented companyShould have high-speed packaging experienceTrack record of managing changeMust have strong coaching, mentoring leadership styleDuties: Leadership of a high-speed packaging area with 8-10 packaging lines and 100+ employees.
Coaches, mentors and trains supervisors to develop bench strength for future growth.
Works cross functionally to implement continuous improvement programs and best practices across the packaging area.
Salary: $80K to $95K + 10 % BonusLocation: GANote: Thank you for your interest in our opportunity.
