Packaging Engineer Job in Glenview 60025, Illinois US
As a Packaging Engineer, you will gain experience in both Packaging Development as well as Project Management.
The position will provide the opportunity to execute packaging development initiatives from concept to commercialization, working closely with packaging management, operations, business teams and functional partners.
In addition, individuals will gain exposure to multiple levels of management, representing packaging development on key project initiatives.
Experience within the packaged food industry working with flexible barrier materials, rigid plastics, paperboard, & corrugate is highly desired.
Qualified candidates should possess: BS or MS in Packaging or an equivalent technical degreeMinimum 3 years packaging experienceStrong project management skillsDemonstrated leadership capabilities and be a motivated self-starter.
Plant commercialization or plant operations experience is a plus.
