Packaging Engineer - Nano/MEMS/China 105-135 K/yr Job in Andover 01810, Massachusetts US
A rapidly-growing fabless semiconductor company needs a seasoned Senior Packaging Engineer.
They are looking for a highly specialized packaging engineer that has experience with the front end design of the wafer level packaging.The Senior Packaging Engineer position will be based in China, but if you choose you can live there 80% of the time.
ResponsibilitiesFront end design of wafer level packaging with all steps and processesCapping device improvements via cap design skillsManage new prototype builds through the development phase Develop, qualify and Interact with packaging and assembly vendors Document new design, process and testing detailsInterface with customer and vendors to identify new applicationsThis is both a technical leadership and management roleRequirementsProven track record both in technical and management accomplishmentsKnowledge and skill of cap designStrong track record of delivering products on timePhD and or MSEE with 10 plus years of highly relevant experience In order to effectively drive the overall design, you must be a proficient people managerAbility to speak Mandarin fairly wellMEMS wafer level packaging experience in a high volume manufacturing environmentYou need an understanding of Asian culture and the ability to effectively manage locations within the US and in AsiaBenefitsStock OptionsExcellent benefitsTravel expenses & Relocation AssistanceBonusesQuestions you will be asked: • Detail you experience with front end design of wafer level packaging.
