Maybe the opportunity you seek is simply to be the best that you can be.CSL Plasma (formerly ZLB Plasma), one of the worlds largest collectors and suppliers of non-specific and specialty antibody products, currently has an excellent opportunity in Center Management for a goal and customer service oriented individual with previous management experience in regulated industries at our Plamsa Collection Center.
Responsibilities include overall Biomedical Center operations, staffing, budget, meeting targeted goals, and adherence to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and FDA regulations.
Operational responsibility is day-to-day in terms of reviewing procedures, compliance issues, level of staffing and employee issues and concerns.The Manager has annual business plan responsibility, and is responsible for developing and implementing the proper controls, plans and marketing approached in order to meet or exceed the business plan.
Must represent the Center in the business and neighborhood community, and attend to all public relations issues.
Successful Candidates Offer: Bachelors degree in Biological Science or Business Administration preferred with a minimum of two years management or public relations experience.
Previous experience in Plasma industry highly preferred.
Customer oriented, with supervisory skills, some accounting and budgeting knowledge.
Able to analyze production and budget numbers and project trends and results.
Able to read and understand complex regulations and procedures and be able to instruct and communicate them to staff.
Able to supervise and delegate directly.
