DescriptionThe Sales Process Lead is responsible for owning, document, review and governance of the different commercial process maps having the responsibility to assure the correct alignment and integration across the different areas inside the Commercial team and across other functional teams.

He/She should assure that all projects mapping are align accord to the PIRT and global strategies and definitions.

He/She also will be responsible that the growth of the new functionality from the PIRT matches and gets correctly integrated to the previews PIRT releases.

He/She will be also responsible to design the new processes that should be added to PIRT.

The duties of the Sales Process Lead include, but are not limited to: ?Require and document process maps of the as is process in order to identify the bottle necks and pain points from the markets.

?Gather the business requirements to understand the different adjustment to the processes that we will have.

?Review and validate the design of the new to be processes and assure that to identify the integration points with other processes and functional areas.

?Get the correct documentation and correct level mapping of the processes by the businesses in order to get the correct level required.

?Assure the correct understanding of the outputs and inputs expected from each process owner to avoid surprises and integration problems.

?Identify best practices and reflected in order to keep the process alignment and leverage/share this practices across projects.

He/She will also be: ?Primary expert on all details regarding process mapping, workflows and validation, operational best practices and requirements in order to translate this understanding into configuration requirements for other SAP teams to build the solutions?Develop, document, maps and implement design with acceptance and support of business and audit controls leadership.

He/She has a primary role to analyze, document and develop functional design mapping and supporting business functional areas to meet business requirements.

High integration with the technical/functional teams, ensure supporting them in order to give them the Functional perspective.

?Assure the correct understanding of the operations in order to identify the key control areas to assure that we will be addressing the benefits we commit to from a business perspective.

?Must be able to conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community in conjunction with the business process team members from the different region.

?It will be necessary to work through business process analysis, business procedure's requirements gathering, being able to document PI market needs, manage them with setting up appropriate activities on the project and provide proof of concept models and integration point.

?Although there will be opportunity to interact, define and work across various business process areas of the commercial and SAP areas to guarantee the alignment across the different Commercial areas like TPM, DSD and SD.Key Responsibilities: Working with the Business?Communicate with business to understand requirements and ensure that processes and integration of new functionalities are aligned with the business operating model.

?Assist with escalation and communication process to ensure that complex or controversial integrations requests are validated and signed-off by the business?Validate the cross functional requirements to be sure are addressed in the correct time and manner by the different areas.

?Lead the commercial resources of the regions and markets in order to accomplish the timelines, deliverables and milestones planned.

?Guarantee the correct functional business understanding of the different changes that the processes need to have in order to get alignment with the global definitions.

Team Responsibilities?Work within the functional team to understand all key design issues & decisions that may impact the definition and management of the project integration, assisting with resolution of any open issues within functional area?Work with the COE functional and technical teams to ensure that changes and additions to the functional PI processes standards are documented and published in a timely fashion, and that global requests are validated in an appropriate way.?Create in-depth position papers to support key global decisions and document requirements for supporting business requirements at the instance level within each PI regional.

?Provide expert input into the design of the processes and procedures for common configuration to assist with the development of documentation and training to follow the project management processes (such as templates, request forms, BPPs, etc.)?Designing and executing rigorous processes for managing global alignment to the definitions.

Establishing best practice processes at the regional / local / plant level and giving productive support to validate and promote PIRT functionality ?Helping wave 2 markets defining regional approaches while they are starting to build their own regional capabilities.Job Qualifications - Competencies: ?Experience in Business processes.

?Knowledge of integration with OPS, Finance and reporting areas.

?Ability to face and resolve functional issues from the commercial area.

?Ability to work under high stress situations?Team Player with knowledge of processes outside of the commercial area integration with Finance, Operation's, Supply Chain & Go-to-Market.

?Ability to deliver high-quality Sales solutions on-time and according to the budget?Ability to follow and lead the adoption of architecture standards and guidelines in local/international markets and factory's.Job Qualifications - Behaviors: ?Must be a strong team player to work across different teams within the COE and with the business?Must have good communication skills (oral & written) to effectively communicate ideas, decisions and processes, and develop documentation for various user communities.

?Ability to be flexible within a fast-moving work environment and juggle multiple priorities at the same time?Ability to drive to closure and manage to deadlines?Must be detailed-oriented and self-motivatedRequirements: Minimum Job Requirements: -?Bachelor's Degree required ?5 to 7 years of work experience in the commercial operational sales areas like Sales development management, Sales IT requirements, Sales administration management in order to know the different Go to Market systems and challenges in the area.

?Experience in the different Go to market systems we have in PI.?Process modeling and TPM/SD data analysis for impacts of big global / regional initiatives, such as sales strategy & reporting.

?Sales and Distribution (SD), Inquiry Processing, Quotation Processing, Contract Processing, Sales Order Processing, Scheduling Agreement Processing, Returns and Rebates Processing, Sales Deal and Promotion Processing, Customize and Display Customer and Material Information, Billing Processing (online/offline), Billing Processing?OTC and DSD processes, ?Minimum of 1 year experience within Finance/Commercial business area preferred
