PI COE Functional Solution Manager Support Job Job in Chicago, Illinois US
DescriptionAccountable for setting up Solution Manager Implementation Projects and maintaining the Business Process HierarchyManaging the user access to the Solution Manager ProjectsMaintaining the documents templates using within Solution ManagerFacilitating the change request processes within Solution ManagerAdhereing to the PIRT Methodology processes.
Supporting, enhancing and mentoring teams on the processesExecuting reports from Solution Manager to support Deployment Projects and Sustain activitiesProvide inputs to planning, developing and training of Solution ManagerMust be able to handle complex tasks involving global teamsRequirements: The job holder will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Solution Manager application in support of the Global COE teams.
This will include managing the SAP landscape definition in Solution Manager and manging the change and request activites within Solution Manager.
Training and supporting team members on the Change and Release Management processes.
Experience with IBM Acendant and HP OVSD tools preferable.
Mininum 2 years technical experience with SAP Technical environment
