Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz has an immediate opening for a PC Technician in the Memphis office.
Qualified candidates must have appropriate skills and experience in equipment and software installation, configuration and basic repairs and upgrades.
Candidate also must have knowledge or experience of computer operating systems and network systems.
Experience with common PC software used by the Firm, generally Microsoft is also required.
Primary responsibilities will include: Loading software onto computersUse 'Imaging' software to configure computersMake copies of software for backup and distribution purpose eg ReporterMaintenance of computers and peripheralsMaintain and clean computers and peripheral devices on a regular basisOrder and distribute consumable supplies for peripherals.
Undertake computer repairs and maintenance promptly.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up to date inventory records detailing all microcomputers and microcomputer printers owned by the firm.
