This position includes selling to new and existing clients and working closely with your team manager to increase individual production.

The outside sales representative will be responsible for generating annual revenue of $250,000.

Must remain knowledgeable of the company's products and services with a strong focus on business to business sales.

As an agent of The BankCard Group a winning attitude every day is an absolute must! Education / Experience Business or Marketing Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred Two years or more of sales experience a plus! Industry Experience a plus! Bilingual a plus! Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills required First and foremost, we are a Sales company.

This means that every thing we do is all about the rep.

All of our revenue is allocated toward building, supporting, and paying our Sales force.

Whether we add a new Sales Support person, a new installation service, or a new bonus package, we are always maintaining focus on our Sales reps.

Our compensation package was developed to reward performance.

We offer generous and uncapped commissions, sizeable monthly bonuses, weekly incentive bonuses, and the opportunity to earn lifetime residual income.We offer a great deal of support and education to our Sales folks.

To accomplish this we provide a world class training curriculum.

You must first pass a two day comprehensive class room course.

That is followed by in-the-field training with one of our experienced Sales Managers.

Then, a couple of months later we offer another Advanced Training course that will turn you into an industry guru! All along the way you are given guidance by your Sales Manager, our Sales Support staff, and the Executive leadership team.The Executive team promotes an open door atmosphere.
