Compushare, Inc. is currently seeking a Tenacious, Achievement Driven, Outside Sales Expert to sell Professional Technology and Risk Management Services to Executives at small to mid size financial institutions including community banks and credit unions.

Position Purpose: Develops and manages a sales territory and high volume of cold calling and networking activity, focused on the Executive level decision makers in the Community Banking Industry [CEO, CIO, CFO, VPs and Directors] to achieve sales and revenue goals within a regional community.

Adjusts and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase the regional communitys sales volume.

Desired candidate will have a bachelor's degree in professional sales, business, marketing, related area or equivalent sales experience, and at least 2 years of experience in finding and developing new client relationships in a business-to-business field sales position.

Understands chosen industry and the value of services offered and utilizes a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures to demonstrate the value of the services offered to prospective clients.

Relies on experience and judgment, as well as track record of exceeding sales quotas to plan and accomplish goals.

Account Executive Responsibilities: Identifies new client and sales opportunities, sets 7 to 10 client appointments per week through cold callingPrepares and formally presents proposals to C-Level Executives.

Aggressive revenue generation, within a defined territory, as evidenced through achievement of a $300,000.

00 in net new business quota each quarterPositively communicates and interacts with other departments for pre/post sales support, and responds actively and sensitively to the needs of clients with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

Experience excelling in a dynamic, results oriented culture that requires adaptability to changes in procedures, processes, technologies, responsibilities, assignments, schedules, and unknown evolutions of sales team requirements (even on short notice).

Skilled at identifying potential challenges in the sales cycle, before they occur, and adjusting course or providing alternative solutions, as necessarySolid listening skills with the ability pick up on verbal and non-verbal signals displayed by prospective clients and adjust sales style and process to meet the needs of the prospective clientTrack record of extreme commitment to understanding the value of the services offered to prospective clients and maintaining the integrity of the pricing structure assigned to those service offeringsActive participant in sales team meetings, including sharing sales experiences and ideas towards the development and implementation of sales techniques and strategies designed to improve the efficiency and increase the productivity of the sales teamProfessional Experience Preferences and Requirements: Business, Accounting, or Marketing degree with an emphasis on sales and or entrepreneurial studies preferred; or equivalent experience, in addition to: 2+ years experience in a business-to-business sales environment as an outside sales professional2-5 years experience consistently exceeding sales quotas as an individual sales contributor selling services.

Experience in solution sales with a minimum of two (2) years of experience selling services including; technology outsourcing, consulting services or other high-end business solutions to Executive level decision makers.
