Outpatient Coder Job in Kansas City 64168, Missouri US
A major health care company is looking for Outpatient Coders doing extractions on ICD-9.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of job specific coding experience.
*** Candidates can work from home in a telecommuting matter with the client based out of Nashville, TN. ***Training lasts for 1 1/2 weeks -- Candidates MUST be available to train 8 am- 5 pm CST -- after training they can work any time they want as long as they complete 40 hours a week.
Candidates must have a valid coding certificate.
A valid certificate can have RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCA credential on the certificate.
Pay Rate: $18/hour, Holiday after 6 months, Vacation after 1 year.
This is an open ended contract that will last 2-3 years.
