 Using a strategic set of tools for enterprise governance and controls, organizational design, communications, and learning, we help organizations integrate regulatory initiatives into their business processes and systems.

Regulatory Adoption is primarily engaged to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance, health and safety regulations, and ethics training.

 Consultants must have two years of experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment doing the following:   - Design and development of change management programs including audience analysis and change readiness assessment - Communication strategy, planning, and execution - Contributed to the strategic design and implementation of custom training solutions Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields - Bachelor's Degree - Ability to travel at least 80%  Relevant Business & Technical Skills: - Prior Big 4 or other professional services experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout DeloitteAs used in this document, Deloitte means Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries.
