JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS Implementation Coordinator (IC) to perform implementation coordination duties in support of a large VSAT/Video network deployment.
Track service orders and drive processing steps through order entry (OE), provisioning, field dispatches, and cutover/activation.
Manage high volumes of orders/dispatches with tight customer deadlines while making timely updates in the customers order tracking database.
Knowlege of VSAT equipment, Site installation requirements, Installation/maintenance vendors would be a plus.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and 3-5 years job-related experience.
