Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements.

Assists project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.

Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.

Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.

Assists support and/or project personnel in resolving moderately complex program problems.

Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility.

Provides technical advice on complex programming.

Installation and configuration of UCM software and components Utilize batch/bulk loader to migrate data into UCM Design and configure for document workflows Design and configure UCM security Design and implement metadata model for content contribution, storage and retrieval Work with business customers and other team members to translate functional requirements into technical designs Experience with Records Management is desirable Experience with Oracle WebCenter a plus Outstanding oral and written communication skills required This position will be primarily responsible for assisting with the implementation of Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) both from the business and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities will include all aspects of UCM implementation including: Assisting with business requirements gathering Configuring UCM software to meet business requirements Working closely with the customer to design and configure the user interface Design and implement UCM workflows Assist with design and implementation of document security model Migrating data from files shares and Documentum into UCM Qualification Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field preferred Four or more years of programming or testing experience Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software Other Qualifications 2+ years Oracle UCM Stellent Content Server.

5+ years working on new content management implementations.

2+ years content management business requirements gathering.

US Citizenship.

Position is on-site in Sterling Heights, MI or remote.
