As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Oracle HRMS modules and business processes
Experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Lead, Process Consultant or Technical Consultant
Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle implementations
Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements to ERP systems
Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows, gap analysis and developing specifications for the programmers required
Big 4 experience a plus
BS/BA degree
7+ years relevant industry or consulting experience
Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills
