We ask those who wish to join our search process possess the following: · Bachelor's Degree · A minimum of 2 years sales management experience.
· A minimum of 5 years sales experience.
· Optical industry experience· Exhibit a high level of hands-on practical success in key account management.
· A solid managerial skill set. · The ability to mentor a team.
· Proficiency in basic mathematics, computer literacy, and HIGH attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communications are a MUST.
