Hiring and training Field Coordinators and DriversCreating routes and scheduling drivers to distribute our publications to local merchantsMaintain inventory of racks used for publications Assist the General Manager with budgets and evaluationsQualifications, Training, and Experience: 1+ years management (hiring/supervising/training) experience of entry level personnel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software programs.
Must be able to physically lift an average of 35 pounds.
