Role Summary/Purpose Operations leader responsible for managing a large team across multiple locations and delivering high quality service to internal and external customers.
A proactive manager directing an efficient operations center with high customer focus and team engagement.
A critical leadership role requiring strong influencing and facilitation skills.
This role will responsible for leading the CDF National Processing Center - Manual Processes teams.
Essential Responsibilities Manages assigned process teams and takes responsibility for achieving key business goals.
Builds a performance-driven culture using dashboards and metrics to monitor operational effectiveness.
Drives improvements in business processes and ensures optimal resource utilization.
Partners with the business to drive customer focus and process efficiency.
Creates a shared need, and effectively energizes and rallies team members around a vision.
Partners with IT to drive digitization and process optimization.
Leads the team through portfolio integration initiatives.
Manages and facilitates relationships with and work of offshore resources.
Drives compliance and controllership in the entire operation through adherence to SOX, bank and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 7 years experience in customer service or operations role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Prior demonstrated project management experience required.
More than 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check.

Desired Characteristics Experience in the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, especially using LEAN or Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Experience managing teams of 10 or more people, and managing other managers.
Experience in managing a non-exempt workforce.
Experience in managing remote teams and offshore resources.
