Operations Auditing Manager In business since 1999, profitable, and growing, NextWeb Media develops and markets premium mobile phone-based and internet-based products and services to end users.
We are now seeking an Operations Auditing Manager in New York City and be responsible for monitoring and analyzing revenue for subscription-based network products (SBN), as well as monitoring key system and business processes for all SBN products.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor key business and process metrics that measure carrier complianceManage, audit and analyze all regulatory, BBB, and carrier complaints in conjunction with Customer Care and Legal depts.
Resolve carrier escalations according to established policies and proceduresServe as the secondary point of escalation for internal groups within NWM for all named account carrier-related issuesWork effectively with our technical team and product managers as customer impacting issues ariseDevelop correspondence templates and process flowsAssist with special projects such as carrier presentations, compliance enhancementsManage all owned initiatives within Carriers Relations and manage project timelines internally and externally.
Track open projects within and ensure follow up Serve as subject matter expert on the terms of existing carrier compliance guidelinesStay current with industry news to educate internal and external groups on other aspects of the mobile content/mobile marketing ecosystem Help advance projects within NWM by identifying correct contacts/departments within the organization to address specific issues and enforcing committed timelines Qualifications Prior compliance, regulatory, & auditing service experience required (2 yrs. Minimum)Prior direct marketing/ mobile marketing/ mobile content experience preferredAbility to excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentMust be computer literate in Microsoft applications, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.
