Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which components are written.

Codes, tests, debug, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity.

Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems.

A top-level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of applications system architecture with strong technical (applications based) knowledge.

May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge.

May serve as project manager or team lead on complex projects.
