On-Line Fundraising Specialist Job in Peabody 01960, Massachusetts US
Amergent, a direct-response fundraising agency working exclusively with nonprofit organizations, seeks an ONLINE MARKETING SPECIALIST to implement and manage a variety of online marketing, advocacy and fundraising programs.
A particular focus will be on email marketing, paid search campaigns, social network content, engagement and fundraising development.
Some experience using web-design software, graphics software and basic coding including HTML is required.
We also prefer a background in communications.
This hands-on position focuses on implementation and assists the VP of internet strategy.
Responsibilities include: · Work with the account lead and VP of Internet Strategy to develop and implement online fundraising/advocacy campaigns with specific · benchmarks and deliverables.
· Create, manage, and implement online campaigns including website content, outgoing email, online event support, social media and online marketing.
· Coordinate campaign production requirements with internal departments and clients.
· Implement and oversee execution of campaign components such as email messaging and landing page setup in the clients eCRM platform.
· Manage content updates for client sites.
· Create and implement paid advertising campaigns, including search advertising, paid online ad placements, ad creation and copy development.
· Pull messaging data and other metrics; monitor message performance and prepare preliminary analysis for client report-back.
· Analyze online marketing/ fundraising efforts, produce regular reports for clients and maintain overall campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
· Help prepare presentations and reports in conjunction with account services lead for all client meetings.
· Research new advertising and marketing venues, stay abreast of online marketing trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
· Setup and conduct webinars for clients and prospects as needed.
Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years experience in one of the following areas: online fundraising or advocacy and internet marketing.
Technical proficiency is required, including experience with e-CRM solutions.
Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and knowledge of CMS and web editing software is also needed.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Active Facebook and Twitter user.
Previous experience in a client service role.
Project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work independently.
Easily adapt to frequent change and can prioritize constantly shifting opportunities.
Technology-oriented, with the ability and desire to understand how online fundraising, marketing and advocacy technology works.
