PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position: Job DescriptionSummary Description: The Administrator - Receptionist/Telephone Operator is responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls for a market or site office, obtaining caller's name and forwarding the call to an appropriate person or taking a message.
They are the first-touch representative of the local Firm, greeting clients and visitors and directing them to a conference room or staff member's offices.
They directly impact the first impression of the Firm for clients and other important office visitors.
The Administrator - Reception provides information and assistance to clients and customers and answers inquiries for the general public.
They may be responsible for call and visitor logs and other administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining conference room schedules, receiving or sending out messenger/courier items or performing typing and other clerical duties.
They build and sustain relationships with the client service and administrative staff, clients, and customers and actively contribute to the vision of the Unique Client Experience within PwC.Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content: Keen understanding of the organizational structure and general responsibilities of partners and staff within the market or site office, a strong understanding of other offices within the market, and a general understanding of other PwC Markets and offices along with national PwC organizational structure.
Actively contribute to the vision of the Unique Client Experience within PwC. Participate in the implementation of Market Office Services strategies and initiativesRange of Impact: Maintain a professional manner and appearance that provides supports positive first impressions and contributes to the Unique Client Experience.
Provide information and assistance to PwC clients/customers and other visitors in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as a knowledge expert for the Market Office Services Manager/Office Services Site Leader on the best practices for delivery of reception and related services.
Scope of Responsibility: Provides reception and related administrative services within a large sized to complex market (over 1000 total partners and staff).
