Gore & Associates, Inc is seeking a professional administrative support associate to provide a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Marketing Services team at our Deer Valley facility.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to use independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, develop strong relationships with associates, and develop and utilize resources effectively.

As an administrative support associate you will keep your teams' business operations and activities organized and moving forward.

Using your strong communication skills, you will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope.

You may be asked to analyze and anticipate the needs of your teams and their projects, which presents the opportunity to acquire knowledge of Gore's products and services.

You may be asked to provide strategic support, such as resolving minor operational issues.

You have the ability to provide high-quality results with professionalism in a fast-paced environment - and are able to change direction with skill and willingness when circumstances demand.

Responsibilities: Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, such as manage calendars, arrange travel, schedule facilities and equipment, database maintenance, etc.)Provide logistical support for medical congresses & customer events which may include: event registration, payment processing, event communicationCoordinate & schedule hotel rooms, meeting rooms & additional function spaceGenerate data analysis reports and presentationsProvide backup coverage for reception area (maintain security) and other facility services as neededAnswer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone systemGenerate, proofread and distribute various types of documentation, such as presentations, correspondence, charts, reports, etc. as well as maintain filing system and filesCoordinate special projectsCoordinate special events and meetings 5 years administrative support or related experienceBachelor's degree preferred with a strong academic recordExperience in project follow-through from conception to completionComputer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiencyExperience in general business operations preferredPerforms administrative duties accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalismMust provide portfolio with a business letter, excel spread sheet and three Powerpoint slides.
