Office Receptionist/Admin Job in Chicago 60656, Illinois US
Position DescriptionIndividual should be detail oriented, self starter and have strong communication skills.
The individual will be responsible for general office/phone duties and will be the voice of our company, consistently speaking with customers of our provided services.
Requirements· High school diploma, medical secretary experience a plus· Minimum of 3 years experience in a related administrative office position preferred· Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite· Positive and professional communication skills· Bilingual, English-Spanish is preferredResponsibilities· Receptionist duties included, but not limited to- Entry and/or verification of participant information in company records system- Answering customer questions as necessary· Organize and prepare supplies for offsite company operations· Supply and manage office equipment and machines· Mailing of participant results and other related follow up letters· Perform other tasks as directed by manager
