Office Manager/Receptionist Job in Little Rock 72212, Arkansas US
A healthcare-related companyin west Little Rock is conducting a confidential search for a new receptionistand office manager.
Thisposition is perfect for you if enjoy people tremendously, are highly organized,have terrific phone skills and good software skills with Microsoft Officeproducts.
Responsibilities: - Explaining our product offering and bookingevaluations during initial phone calls.
Our receptionist is the key voice of our office andmust be an expert scheduler.
- Greeting clients and answering the phones- Anticipating the administrative needs of theprofessional who runs our office and having the materials ready at all times- Providing exceptional customer service to clients- Working on computer inputting data and runningreports- Handling administrative tasks and maintainingsupplies- Helping create a positive, welcoming environmentwhere clients come first Qualificationswere looking for: - Incredibly organized individual- Fantastic people-person with a positive attitude- Proactive individual with high energy- Highly organized and able to multi-task well- Proficient in Word & Excel.
Experience with Quickbooks a plus.
- Ability to work M-F from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and until7:00 pm two nights per week- Enthusiasm for helping others and serving our clients- Previous relevant experience required
