Office Manager Job in Atlanta 30350, Georgia US
The Alfred and Adele Davis Academy Lower School seeks an Office Manager, with at least 3 years of school experience.
The candidate must have good communication skills, expert computer skills, with knowledge of Blackbaud Education Edge software a plus.
This is a full time position.
This position entails
1. Providing administrative support for Lower School including: · Collecting and organizing Lower School teacher lesson plans· Assisting with After School Enrichment Program enrollment · Organizing and maintaining Lower School attendance records· Assisting the Registrar with maintaining Blackbaud Education Edge student database· Providing administrative support for Lower School field trips· Organizing and maintaining supply closets and faculty workrooms· Copy machine maintenance· Updating Lower School reader board as directed· Covering Lower School reception in the absence of LS Receptionis
2. Providing administrative support for Director of Admission including: · Maintaining Admissions Office module of Blackbaud Education Edge database· Preparing admission packets for distribution· Assisting with prospective parents correspondence · Assisting with scheduling and implementation of admission activitie
3. Performing any other duties as assigned The Alfred and Adele Davis Academy is Atlantas Reform Jewish Day School, located in Sandy Springs and serving approximately 700 students in grades Kindergarten Prep Eighth.
