Office Coordinator/Admin w/ Legal Background Job in Irvine 92618, California US
Office Coordinator/Admin w/ Legal BackgroundDescription: We have partnered with a stable mid-sized company in Irvine to help identify an Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant for an immediate temp to hire position.
This candidate must possess some legal background, and be familiar with legal terms and contracts.
Duties will include but are not limited to; assisting with front desk reception when needed, greeting clients, assisting the CEO with coordinating his schedule, paying and filing personal bills, maintaining spreadsheets, checking and sorting mail, setting up conference rooms, and assisting with processing legal contracts.
Hours are M-F from 8:30AM - 5:30PM, but require flexibility to work overtime.
Pay is $14/hr.

Requirements: Must have some legal experience (educational or work experience).
1 year of admin experience is required.
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, flexible with a "can do" attitude and have excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to work overtime.
