Office Clerk Job in dallas 75204, Texas US
Youth Advocate Programs is seeking a Bilingual Office Clerk (required) to assist in our Dallas Behavioral Health Office.
This is a fast past office that requires a person who is able to multi-task and prioritize duties.
Must have knowledge of basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft word and Excel, as well as other general office skills, and office machinery.Be cooperative and able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills, be detail oriented, and adaptable.
Good work ethics and professionalism is required.
Good phone etiquette.
Must be able to communicate with families both in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities and Task: Heavy Filing Heavy Data EntryComputer skills create and update reportsReceptionist duties: Answering phones, give informationFaxing, scanning and copyingHandling all Doctors visits- making Doctors Appointments and Appointment calls and follow-upsHandle Intake ProcessingResponsible for monitoring calls Responsible for Basic office duties and as needed project assistance Email resumes to slusk [at] yapinc [dot] org .
This position is part-time with possible full-time hours at $10.
00 an hour.
Flexibility is needed for this position.
