Occupational Therapist Job in Burr Ridge, Illinois US
Nightingale Home Healthcare is looking for Full Timeor Part Time Per Visit Occupational Therapists.
Nightingale Home Health Care delivers caring with compassion, commitment, and professionalism.
We area team of dedicated health care providers who make each patients experience as positive and comfortable as possible.
Ideal candidates will have strong critical thinking skills.
Home care experience is a plus but is not necessary.
You must be a registered occupational therapist.
Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation, in addition: Occupational Therapist Objectively assess patient and apply both psychosocial and physical techniques based onpatient needs Plan and carry out a progressive treatment plan Coordinate occupation therapy treatment program with complete rehabilitation program Maintain patient records electronically Work in patients home Communicates with physicians, patient's family and a variety of other people with tact and empathy All clinical positions require state licensure/certification, CPR Certification and valid drivers license.
Territories Available: Chicagoland West Suburbs Dekalb County Lake County McHenry County Joliet Area Requirements:
