Under the supervision of the Director OTD Technology, this position maintains the OTD systems to coordinate department services and provides system solutions that are sustainable, accurate and user friendly.
This role is responsible for coordinating the development, testing, implementation, and day to day management of OTD systems such as the learning management system, document management system, eLearning, collaboration sites, performance management system, and others.
This role is also responsible for the project management, creation, and maintenance of eLearning solutions.
This role researches and makes recommendations for new vendors as well as maintains existing vendor relationships.
Bachelor's degree in a program related to computer science, learning technology, project management, or other related field is required.
2-5 years relevant systems related experience required.
Experience working with learning management and talent development systems preferred.
eLearning and instructional design knowledge preferred.
Must possess excellent computer, organizational, and administrative skills, and have the ability to organize and prioritize workload.
